Awesome tip Joe! Thank you!
Killer acoustic sound and arrangement. Thanks!
That sounds amazing and a great recording tip. One other technique i like to use instead of the capoed guitar is to use the nashville tuning it tends to bring out some really sweet sounding tones.
I’ve never done Nashville tuning, but it’s a fantastic idea if you have a guitar you can spare.
goosebumps engaged 🙂 thanks 🙂
Sounds sweet, like it. You said it is a recording technique, i would say it is more about the arrangement, so something we should be thinking of more in debt before getting the mics out and press record ;-))
so,… is this amazing song going to make it on your album????? and if not, maybe you should make it a secret track… I like this song a lot. I’m going to go listen to it again.
Hahaha. I’ll never tell!!!! 🙂
Joe, did you use different EQ / mic positioning on the 3 guitars or same for all?
Different for each, but nothing drastically different.
Thanks Joe! Just what i needed!
