I want to tell you about my friend Jeremy Casella.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you may already know Jeremy. We mixed one of his songs called “On the Evening Train” in Dueling Mixes a few years ago. (If you join Dueling Mixes, you’ll have access to ALL the songs we’ve mixed over the years, including this one.) I also interviewed Jeremy about his album Death in Reverse on my podcast a while back. (It’s one of my all-time favorite albums.)

A few months ago, Jeremy hired me to record and mix a quick acoustic EP in my studio, which I featured on this episode of GilderCam.

Why am I telling you this? Because I think you’ll like Jeremy and his music. Also, Jeremy just launched a Kickstarter campaign for a new album. Some of the pledge rewards include the EP he recorded at my studio (It’s called Already/Not Yet: The Acoustic Sessions EP.)

Consider giving to Jeremy’s campaign. I’m not involved in the campaign at all; I just really love the guy and want more people to hear his music.

If nothing else, check out how Jeremy set up the campaign, maybe there are some ideas in there you can use on one your own projects (or for your clients).

To really good music,

Joe Gilder
